In June the Corporate Finance Faculty is running a series of forums on AIM in London, Bristol and Leeds.

 

The half-day events, designed for companies considering the capital markets will feature addresses from the London Stock Exchange, workshops and interactive sessions with leading advisers. Practitioners will discuss all aspects of fund-raising, from selecting advisers to costs, compliance, reporting and investor relations, particularly in the light of the new, tighter AIM Rules.
